🔐 Is Madrix secure?
Absolutely. Madrix supports role-based access control, audit logging, SSO, and full data encryption at rest and in transit. We do not own your data — you grant us a license solely to store, process, and transmit it in order to provide the service.
👤 What are the account registration requirements?
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and secure.
🚫 Can Madrix suspend or terminate my account?
Madrix reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach our Terms or misuse the platform. Upon termination, access is revoked and data may be deleted after 30 days.
💬 What kind of support do you offer?
Pro plan users get email support with a 48-hour response time. Premium plans unlock priority support and onboarding assistance. Enterprise plans include a dedicated success manager.

💳 How does billing work?
By subscribing to a Madrix plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can manage or cancel your plan at any time from your account settings.

All payments are non-refundable except as required by law. If you have concerns about a charge, contact our support team and we’ll do our best to help.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Madrix and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
